Arena of Activities: Mr. Chauhan has contributed significantly in building the firm, creating teams and setting up branch offices. He was engaged in various assignments such as formation of systems, organization structuring, merger & acquisitions, risk assessments, management audits, statutory and other audit assignments.

In his current role he is heading Audit & Consulting activities of the firm, is responsible for audit planning, allocation of assignments, periodic review of progress and quality of work and finalization of audit reports. Liasoning with client’s management, statutory authorities, Banks and Financial institutions etc.

A member of core committee of the firm he is responsible for business planning, expansion, product developments etc. Also a member of technical committee of the firm responsible for taking decision on technical issues relating to audit and consulting. Mr. Chauhan is on the Board of a multinational company.
