Arena of activities: Mr. Shakti has contributed significantly in enhancing the BPO, Fixed Assets Management services for our clients. He was engaged in handling various value chain complex end-to-end processes, large fixed assets management projects and to re-engineer the processes of our telecomm and other clients.

In his current role he is responsible for planning, allocation of assignments, periodic review of progress and quality of work and finalization of reports relating to outsourcing business segment.

A member of core committee of the firm he is responsible for business planning, expansion, product developments etc. He is also working as an interface between our clients and management of our firm.
